Puller Rock Quarry

The project, as proposed by Harry Johnson Plumbing and Excavation (HJPE), would restart and expand operations at an existing basalt rock quarry site from the originally permitted 12.5 acres to 50 acres.  The rock quarry is located at 2146 Blue Creek Road, approximately 2.5 miles from the intersection of Blue Creek Road and Mill Creek Road.
