Building Permit Activity Statistics and Reports E-Trakit Online Permitting Website Walla Walla County Community Development Department (CDD) cannot accept monetary transactions after 4 p.m. CDD does not provide inspection services on Wednesdays. (NEW) Application Fee, Amendments to Title 15 On Monday, August 23, 2010, the Walla Walla County Board of Commissioners adopted amendments to Walla Walla County Code Title 15, Buildings and Construction, and adopted the 2009 International Building Codes (IBC). A $200.00 application fee is now required at the time of building permit submittal. Of this fee, $150.00 will go toward your final permit fee. This application fee is not required for permits that are handled over the counter (i.e. reroof permits, siding permits). |
