Residential Burning

All residential burning requires a permit which can be obtained from the Community Development Department Monday through Friday between 8 and 4. Burn permits are only issued to legal property owners or, with the written consent of the property owner, to a representative. Burn permits are valid for one year from the date of issue.

As of Monday, August 23, 2010, the fee for Residential Burn Permits is $30.00.
