Tobacco
During a special Legislative session Washington Department of Health’s Tobacco Program received a $3 million cut in their budget. This cut in funding became effective January 1, 2011.
As a result, the Walla Walla County Health Department can no longer offer many services to our local schools, community, and medical partners. However, it is our hope that the resources on this website will help to bridge the gap in services and assist in further efforts of tobacco prevention and control.
