    - Late last week Washington State legislators had not passed a budget. Fortunately, before the end of June they did submit the budget and it was signed by Governor Inslee. That means WIC staff and the Special Health Care Needs Nurse are still seeing clients during normal business hours. There are no plans to furlough staff or discontinue client services at this time.
