Here is where you can choose your profession from the list, including tattoo artists, all beauty parlors and salons, driver training schools, collection agencies (Yes you can file a complaint against a debt collecter!) etc and then click “File a Complaint.”

11/04/19 Vaping and severe acute pulmonary syndrome update: The outbreak was believed to have begun in April 2019, and the rates continue to climb including here in Washington. Flavored vaping products have been banned in Washington and Oregon.
