Walla Walla County Treasurer's Department partners with GovTech Services to ensure your mortgage company has access to your property tax information. If you received a property tax statement WITHOUT a coupon and you are responsible for paying your taxes OR if you received a property tax statement WITH a coupon and you know your mortgage company pays your taxes, please call our office at 509-524-2750 so we can update our records.

Statements are being mailed twice a year with appropriate coupons attached to each statement. PLEASE mail or bring the correct coupons in for easier identification.
A friendly reminder from the County Treasurer:
Property Taxes are due by April 30th & Oct 31st. If not post marked by these dates interest and penalties will accrue.
ADDRESS CHANGE OR PAID OFF YOUR MORTGAGE?
It is the taxpayer's responsibility to notify our office with any mortgage or address changes so that we can send you the correct statement. Failure to notify us may result in a past due taxes that will be subject to interest and penalties.

2020 STATEMENTS WILL BE MAILED FEBRUARY 24TH. IF YOU DO NOT NOT RECEIVED YOUR STATEMENT BY MARCH 9TH PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT 509-524-2750. 1st HALF TAXES ARE DUE APRIL 30TH, INTEREST WILL APPLY ON ALL LATE PAYMENTS MAY 1ST. POSTMARK ACCEPTED.
